Hi bt ordered us a free digital voice phone a week and a half ago but its still not arrived and the open orders on the account are showing closed is how could I get a update on the order cheers

Get the VOL order reference number, then go to www.bt.com/trackmyorder and enter the order reference and the postcode of the delivery address, that will show you the delivery progress.
It's not uncommon for an order to close once dispatched, so other changes if needed can be made after.

Cheers for the info I've found it it says order complete but not received anything

MyBT might say order complete, the link I sent will have a Royal Mail/Parcelforce link, which will show where the item is or where it was dropped off.
