      <title>BT premium phones</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been changed to digital voice by my provider (zen). I have BT premium cordless phones as I need the nuisance call blocking option. Since the changeover I cannot answer any calls. The phone rings out but when I press the green button I just get a dial tone. I have to end with the red button and then call the caller back. Obviously it’s less than ideal. The system works with a Gigaset phone so the problem is related to the BT phone. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to this user forum for &lt;STRONG&gt;BT Retail&lt;/STRONG&gt; phone and broadband customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you are a Zen customer, please could you post on their forum, as its likely to be something to do with the way &lt;STRONG&gt;their&lt;/STRONG&gt; digital voice (VOIP) system works with the BT phones.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/324784"&gt;@Debcol&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have four BT Call Guardian cordless phones plus a BT years old cordless phone plus two non-BT corded phones &amp;amp; they all work exactly as they did before we changed to full fibre with Digital Voice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We just plugged our phone extension socket system into the SH2 phone socket &amp;amp; everything worked straight away but of course you may not have this option with Zen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the reason we changed providers to go with BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
