My 2nd handset of two is stuck on ‘Synchronising handset data’ and will not receive or make calls.

The 1st handset is working fine.

I’ve reset the errant handset via the menu, removed batteries and left them out overnight but nothing makes any difference.

Please help.

They were issued free, but not any more. I suspect they must have been using up old stock.

They look similar to the old "Hub Phones" that were supplied with the old Broadband Talk service. They gave a lot of similar issues, especially with the batteries, charging bases and random resets, normally during a call.

BT Customer Services need to point out that people can continue using their existing phones, and do not need to purchase anything new.
