    <description>&lt;P&gt;I expect this issue has been commented on many, many times before and if it has been answered I apologise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few years ago following storms in the North East many residents lost home power for days and those that had been converted to fibre lost their digital phone service and were unable to charge mobiles etc so were effectively isolated.       <description>&lt;P&gt;the roll out of DV is now continuing. Battery back-ups may be available to vulnerable customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;are you registered as a vulnerable person without mobile signal?&amp;nbsp; if mobile works then having a small power bank to charge mobile would be good investment&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;did you write and complain to power company about outage&lt;/P&gt;</description>
