&lt;P&gt;Then you need to contact them and tell them that their CLI&amp;nbsp; is giving the wrong time information.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps they have the wrong time zone settings somewhere?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This would have nothing to do with BT Retail.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT Premium trio hansets</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The time on my recently purchased BT trio premium handset always changes the time to 6 hours earlier after receiving incoming calls. This does not happen with outgoing calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I've contacted Fibrus and passed on this information. I agree, it looks like the time zone is incorrectly set. It's only on the first incoming call each day that it happens, then it adds on to that new time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
