Good evening, I am hoping someone can help with this. My elderly mother's neighbour setting up a new contract for her broadband and landline with EE. Unfortunately the neighbour used the wrong address when filling out her details and as such my mother's broadband and landline with Now TV was cut off (this occurred on 18th December). Since Monday 8th Jan they now have broadband back but Now TV have given them a new landline number and no one seems to be able to tell her how to get her old number back despite saying she would. Is it possible to recover it? She was had her old number for over 25 years so any advice on how she'd go about getting it back would be greatly appreciated.

@Karyn2121

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

This has nothing to do with BT Retail, as BT do not control number allocations.

You need to post on the Now TV forum, and see if someone there can help.

https://community.nowtv.com/

Thanks
