Digital voice handset issues

Now on my second handset for digital voice. Still have an issue where the handset keeps resetting itself when taken off the charger. Batteries showing full charge but handset switches off and on. This is unusable in its current state. Have taken batteries out and checked them, but still not working.

The supplied batteries are useless, this has been reported many times. The voltage is fine, but they have no storage capacity.
