&lt;P&gt;As you are a business user, please could you post on the BT Business forum at &lt;A href="http://business.forums.bt.com//" target="_self"&gt;http://business.forums.bt.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The BT Business hub does not support phones plugged into the back, only the BT supplies Yealink IP phones work, or you need to buy an approved ATA adapter to plug any analogue phones into.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry I know this must have been asked but I'm at my end of trying. I xhanged to BT two weeks ago, I have a small business. With an old phone&amp;nbsp; will it work plugged into the back of the new BT router. Plus I can't not get help for a non working line I need help but don't know where to go my business is loosing 500 pounds aday on lost business&lt;/P&gt;</description>
