Digital Voice

I have recently gone over to Digital Voice on my landline

Phone( Bt 8500 phones)will only receive incoming calls from from EE -not from other mobiles or other landlines

BT customer.Can anybody help?

Seems to be a few recent similar posts , indicating that some procedural error somewhere has been introduced , or some ‘system’ somewhere is not processing the change to DV correctly, the BT Mod has offered to look an identical issue for another poster , they may offer to look at your problem individually or already know it’s part of a larger issue and when it’s resolved all affected migrations will be able to receive calls from all networks
