Digital voice phones. Synchronising with hub and can’t answer calls

When an incoming call comes in either one of my handsets says synchronising with hub and I can’t answer a call.

Ive tried resetting the phones and bases, took the batteries out and reinserted plus re pairing with hub.
This is annoying ,I know others are having the same problem so looking for any solutions.

Hard to imagine how you've seen other threads without seeing the solution is generally to change the batteries.

The batteries are showing full. Even after leaving off the charger for several hours

It could be that the batteries are no good, as it seems a common issue with this phone.

You can prove this by temporarily swapping the batteries to ordinary alkaline ones, but do not put it on the charger base.

If the phone works with alkaline batteries, then it proves the rechargeable ones are no good, and need replacing.

I’ve now swapped them for some new AAA rechargeable ones I’ve got ,So see how things go.
