      <title>Elderly mum's line down who has red emerg. button - how do I get fault prioritised?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mum has an emergency red button and her phone line and broadband are down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logged a fault and the system says it will be&amp;nbsp; fixed in 48 hrs, but she is very vulnerable and has been on the floor all night before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to get BT to prioritise mending her fault? All I get is bots and text messages. I'm going round and round in circles. Impossible to talk to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
