BT4000 unblocking numbers

We have bought BT4000 phone for my mother and she has managed to block some numbers - we cannot find info on how to unblock these numbers - can anyone help?

Thank you. I can see the guide shows you how to block calls but not how to unblock!!

Try page 27 of the manual posted above.
Column to the right of the main text, middle paragraph. I think that’s what you need. Looks easier than the (presumably earlier) BT 8500 models we have where from memory you can only delete the entire block list.
