DV Alexa handset going to music when answered

I have digital voice with 5 type Alexa handsets working perfectly since installed in June 2023 but now when a call comes in on occasions one of the handsets when picked up goes straight to music you have to go to another handset to answer call. Not always the same handset shows this fault.

I had this problem with 5 Alexa type handsets it was a deferent one each time changed all the batteries to new ones problem went away.
