    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to track a fault it keeps saying no account linked when I go to link account it's saying this account is linked. My landline is not working I have been told 3 times wait 48 hours still not working I am going crazy Trying to get this sorted. My account details won't show&lt;/P&gt;</description>
