My telephone is not enabled when lifted from charger.

It used to be that if our phone rang, then picking it up from the charger meant that we could immediately speak. Now it seems that the Green button has to be pressed for this to happen...it just slows things down.

So, how can I set the phone back to its original state, where it recognised picking up the phone from the charger when it is ringing, means that you want to speak immediately to the caller?

what model of phone do you have? are you on BT digital voice?

Look for an Auto Answer option in settings.
