    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just transferred my services over from landline to digital and have been sent a Digital Voice Adapter to enable me to connect my telephone to the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the instructions on the leaflet a few times and even unplugged it, rebooted my router and started the process over but the adapter is still flashing green and not a solid light.&amp;nbsp; Searched the forum already for ideas and searched for ideas on the internet.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not a technical person and do not have a clue what to try next.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd really welcome some advice (in laymans terms) re. what I may be doing incorrectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&amp;nbsp; Anne&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure Digital Voice has been activated? Does your phone number show in the hub manager or does it say not configured?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
