Digital Voice problem

I have digital-voice. It has worked well for a few months. I have a BT Converse 2200 handset wired into my hub. the other 3 digital hands-free phones are powered from your DV Adaptor. Today the wired handset works perfectly but when you pick up a hands-free you get what sounds like an engaged tone. Why?

Now spoken with BT who suggested I call the phone, which I did, and that seems to have cleared the problem. Prior to calling them I had already reset the DV Adaptor.

All sorted.
