    <description>&lt;P&gt;FWIW.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed my router wasn't emanating the usual blue hue, and no net access. Did a 3-pin reset, came back up, OK. I had a look in the router technical logs: '06.30am BT Software Upgrade'.&lt;BR /&gt;The anomaly. I, previously, set my Voicemail Delay, to 'Long 30secs'. I wondered why, I wasn't getting to the handset, before it tripped out to Voicemail, really irritating. When I checked the Voicemail Delay, it defaulted to 20secs. Dialled 1571, and put the delay back to 'Long 30secs', confirmed by logging into My BT, and checking Call Divert Delay.&lt;BR /&gt;So, was the change of Voicemail Delay, due to the Software Upgrade or my 3-pin reset? Anyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="Hotel , Motel , Holiday Inn" style="width: 79px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/84882i124C4769E573CE49/image-dimensions/79x351?v=v2" width="79" height="351" role="button" title="ex-BT500-V2-250msx10.gif" alt="Hotel , Motel , Holiday Inn" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;Hotel , Motel , Holiday Inn&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Backed up my Hub &amp;amp; Contacts.&lt;BR /&gt;DV Handset / SH2. Saving the DV/SH2 'contacts' &amp;amp; 'conf' goes like this:-&lt;BR /&gt;01. Enter the SH2 address, 192.168.1.254, into your browser.&lt;BR /&gt;02. The SH2 Home interface should load.&lt;BR /&gt;03. Access the partition with the Handset logo &amp;amp; AFN phone details in.&lt;BR /&gt;04. Select 'contacts'.&lt;BR /&gt;05. Select 'export' to file.&lt;BR /&gt;06. &lt;FONT color="#993366"&gt;Admin Password login appears. &lt;EM&gt;(N.B The 'Admin Password' should hold for the 'conf' save.)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;07. Enter Admin Password, and follows the prompts, to where you keep stuff. SAVE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;08. Return to the SH2 Home interface.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;09. Select 'Advanced Settings', 'System', 'Back up / Restore'.&lt;BR /&gt;10. Select 'Back up', "Back up".&lt;BR /&gt;11. Follow the prompts, to where you keep your stuff. SAVE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#993366"&gt;12. Best practice. Return to the SH2 Home interface. CLOSE BROWSER.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
