    <description>&lt;P&gt;And I see they are delaying it to 2027 now for some and only forcing those on to it who are not vulnerable and have NOT made a call on their landline (I think I make calls on both landline numbers each other - £50 of calls on one line this month alone..... as sadly don't even get free calls).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem delaying Digital Voice migration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;About a week ago I received an email and then a letter stating that my line would be moved over to the Digital Voice service "within the next 30 days".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to delay migration over to Digital Voice for the time being.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The email and letter provided a web link to request a delay to this happening - the link is...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://bt.com/DigitalSwitchover" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;bt.com/DigitalSwitchover&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;...which redirects to this URL...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsselfserve/index.html#/consent/dvMigration" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsselfserve/index.html#/consent/dvMigration&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However when I input my BT account number I get back the message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"You’re not part of the Digital Voice migration"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried over several days but I still get the same message. How best to proceed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect is you do absolutely nothing at all it probably will not happen for quite a while so perhaps just wait to see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
