    <description>&lt;P&gt;My disabled, elderly brother, who lives alone and cannot use a mobile has been without a functioning landline for 3 days, and BT say it won’t be fixed for another 3 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The contact-bt message service (ai?) promised to “take responsibility” 24 hours ago, but all I’ve heard since is an automated email restating an expected fix time of midnight on 29th, 3 days away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I speak to an actual human?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
