BT4600 Phone - Unblock a phone number

Sorry to trouble everyone but I have somehow blocked a number on my BT4600 phone when I didn't mean to. I have tried deleting the caller from my phone book and putting all the details back in again, yet it remains blocked. The affected caller to my phone has tried calling me and still my phone doesn't ring but I can see they have called. I have logged in to my BT account and cannot find anywhere that I have any blocked numbers.

I assumed that if you could block a number then you would also be able to unblock it without all this hassle.

I have read the manual and it only tells you how you can block a number, nowhere can I see how you can reverse this.

Does anybody know the answer to my quandary?

Hi folks, just to let you know I persevered and it's sorted. I just needed to go into the blocked number within my call settings and delete every record for the number I had inadvertently blocked. My friend can now ring me without their number showing as blocked.
