Digital phone not working

Had digital phone and broadband fitted 9th of July phone not worked since have phoned bt every day keep saying the phone will come back on in 24 hours I am a one man business and getting no help whatsoever what can I do to get through to them?

They have the audacity to keep pulling money out of my account
