Unable to call ..

Continuing my parents phone saga, they have in theory been given thier original number back. If I try & call it from my landline it comes back as number not recognised, if however I call it from my mobile it goes straight through. Any guesses ? Cheers Pete

Hi @Duchy Firstly just checking that you are using the full number including the STD code. Who provides your landline?

Hi i can confirm full number Including dialing code used on both - newly changed from Plusnet to BT,

Hi @Duchy So you are calling from a BT landline to a BT landline and it is not working.

Hi @Duchy.

I'm glad to hear that the landline number is back, but it definitely needs to be checked out a little more to see why you can't connect to it from your landline. If you get in touch with our tech team, they'll be able to take a look for you.
