I’m just sick of the Oozlum Bird of the BT website so hope to get some sense her. Why are these numbers on my bill? 0331 635 3040£0.00, 0331 670 5452£0.00, 0331 672 7378£0.00

There were a whole group of numbers. You can ask for them to be removed from your bill.
