BT Phone Book for Brighton (Pdf)

I've been trying to seek a resident phone number with the surname starting Ba from the Brighton downloaded BT Phone Book with no success.

Residental listing start with Couser, and prior names A-Co) seem to be absent or blocked by a non removable advert.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Can and how do you resolve it?

To whom and how does one complain to BT?
