      <description>&lt;P&gt;The calls drop intermittently.&amp;nbsp; The screen goes back to the start .&amp;nbsp; I've had the line checked and no faults found. I've just spoken with BT agent who says the base is faulty and they no longer make this model so I've ordered a new set&lt;/P&gt;</description>
