Premium phone - 'no number' for every call on list since Wed

I have a premium phone with call blocking which has worked well for a few years. Call list shows who has rung and lets those numbers I have saved come straight through. Since Wed every number is listed as No Number and even saved numbers have to be screened. Need to get the numbers back on the call list/ saved numbers coming through. I did try to do something last week - have I inadvertently done something or is more fundamental?

Grateful for any help!

Hi @IMacD,

What phone setup are you using, landline or digital voice? Is your phone plugged directly into the router or phone line, or are you using any adaptors?

Is caller display still showing active within your calling features in your MYBT, you should be able to click the link on this page and login to check. All about Caller Display | BT Help

Many thanks for your advice.

Problem now fixed. Went in to my BT Account and activated Caller Display. Guess I won't solve the mystery of why it suddenly stopped working last Wednesday!
