    <description>&lt;P&gt;so really strange my BT home has been working fine....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden i can still receive calls but cannot call out, just get the dreded engaged tone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its not the message tone, i know the difference in the tone when we receive a message (its definitely not that)..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have run the BT diagnostics check and it states not problem with my land line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broad band is still working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned the BT on &amp;amp; off and still the same??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help me, its driving me mad!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you try turning the BT Hub off for about an hour? Once it reboots, it may fix this problem.&lt;/P&gt;
