Hi, I’ve recently purchased a house with a pit and Duct up to a telegraph pole in the middle of my driveway which feeds my cul-de-sac and is really inconvenient. There is nothings in my deeds to say a wayleave is in place. How do I find this out for sure and get it moved without costing loads. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Ask Openreach.

https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/obtaining-wayleaves

They may have a record of any wayleave.

Its likely to cost quite a bit to get it moved.

Your legal representative should have made enquiries about this, and forewarned you.
