Hi all, is there a way to get a copy of live chat transcripts?

or is the history stored online somewhere. I’ve seen in other threads that it can be requested.

In theory, when you end the Chat you are asked if you want an email copy. In practice the copy never arrives.

Best thing is to make sure you chat on a PC and CTRL+C the whole conversation and post it into a blank document
