Compliment for staff

Hi, can anyone help tell me how I get praise back to a BT staff members manager. The girl I dealt with was brilliant and sorted my issue out after other agents failing to call me back and engineers not turning up?

Oh brilliant, I hope I do because 1 guy was hopeless on the phone and couldn’t have cared less, another girl didn’t don’t call me back & the third girl was just outstanding! Thanks for the reply x
