New phone line

I am currently renovating a house for a customer and need a new phone/broadband line fitted from the pole, how do I go about this?

Can't find the right number to ring online

I assume you mean the customer already has a working phone line/broadband, and you need the line moved to a different position?

If there is no existing service, then Openreach will not be interested, the customer would have to place an order with a service provider first, and they would ask Openreach to run the line.

Hi @Bencooper1 and welcome to our community.

Your customer would need to place an order with the service provider who will them get Openreach to install the line etc.
