Hi, recently I keep getting this message on the forums which is blocking me from reading threads and posting help on my Pixel 4A...

Anyone got any ideas? I've tried deleting cookies and temp files etc 🤔

"Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource

/t5/community/page.logoutpage

does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit"

Along with another message in a red banner saying"Sorry, unable to complete the action you required"

@NeilO I think it might have been something to do with cookies because I've just cleared temp files and all cookies and it appears to have fixed it... I'll keep an eye on it though

Is a known issue when too many cookies are stored. One is generated for every page view. You only need to delete the cookies associated with community.bt.com, if your web browser allows it. Google Chrome has that option.
