Report an incident involving a BT employee

A BT van from the Breightmet depot reversed into my vehicle causing £36 worth of damage, the driver was quite rude, as it is such a small amount of money is there an email address, I can use to contact BT and hopefully have the money refunded? Thanks Chris

Hi @Christree Just to be clear, BT or Openreach. A lot of people get confused by the two.

The vehicle would most likely be an Openreach one.
