How do I give positive feedback?

After speaking with a number of advisors, I finally spoke with a gentleman who was the most helpful advisor I spoke to during the whole process of setting up my service/account. He was friendly, polite, very patient, he gave me information that no one else had and went the extra mile to resolve the issues I was having with the service.

I would like the advisor to be informed of my positive feedback and to thank him for his help and support as he sets a great example on how call handler advisors should be.
