No unable to use the BT community because loading posts repeatedly return this error.

Its a known issue.

Clear the browser cookies relating to community.bt.com

I don’t really want to be signed out of all websites because of an issue that only affects this one. It’s not possible (I believe) to clear cookies for a single site wit Chrome on iPad.
