How does an ex-BT employee cancel a btconnect email address?

Hi,

I worked for BT for a number of years and have a couple of btconnect email addresses that I need to cancel. I've been round the loop with BT to cancel them but to no avail as I don't have an account number. The btconnect portal will not allow me to make any changes/cancel the addresses either. What I do have is the account owner details

Any ideas from anyone please?

Just set up an out of office auto response that they're no longer in use & leave them to wither on the vine.

Yeah, that's a good shout, and I've already set one up for me but would like to cancel the wifes' also.

Alas she's not sure of her password and can't log onto the portal to set up an OOO though!

You need to post on the BT Business forum who deal with BT Connect email accounts.
