BT Shop / EE Store website down / being killed off?

Hi. As an ex BT employee I've always supported the BT shop (great alternative to Amazon!).
However, since the change to EE branding I seem to have frequent problems accessing the site (now store.ee.co.uk).
Today it seems to be totally offline.
Is the BT shop being killed off?
If so, I think that would be as pity and a big mistake, I think the BT/EE shop is an asset which should be promoted not downgraded.

Hi @tyke,

I've checked that site and it's working okay for me. If you haven't already tried, try clearing your cookies and cache.

Weird. Still goes nowhere at my end. No problem with other sites.

Just cleared cache and cookies, no change.

Using Chrome, but same in Edge.

Yep that's the URL I'm using. I've checked on both my mobile and broadband connection and I can reach that site okay on both.

Curiouser and curiouser... just tried it on my phone, also no response ("this site cannot be reached"). And I'm on a PLusNet (aka BT aka EE) connection !

Works for me using BT broadband and EE 5G mobile network.

Must have been an error somewhere in the route between your internet connection and the EE store server.

Sometimes I notice that I can not access sites that others have no trouble getting to. The internet is one inconsistent beast lol.

OK, back to it's bad behaviour today.
Looks like an (intermittent???) routine problem.

Ping to store.ee.co.uk: "Request timed out".
(Ping to www.ee.co.uk - no problem)

Tracert to store.ee.co.uk gives this:

Here's more interesting information...
I can't access via Broadband (note - no problems with other sites).
I CAN access using mobile data.

Definately a routing problem. PlusNet broadband.

According to the Downdetector website (Which I guess is only as accurate as the number of those who use it), PlusNet has had a total of 26 reports of downtime today at around 1pm.

It seems you're not alone in having issues with it lately!
