Since BT changed layout of emails, I keep getting a pop up

No, it is a macafee pop up {and I DO have macafee installed} from PC App store

If it is a Mcaffee pop up it is obviously coming from Mcafee and not BT.

What is it telling you?

It is asking me to subscribe, and I already subscribe!

Nothing to do with BT.

It could be that you have used a trial version of Mcafee at some point and the trial has expired and it now wants you to subscribe.

You would be better posting on a McAfee forum and asking there or there may be a setting somewhere in the Mcafee settings to turn off the notification.
