Hi, I would like to give credit to Josh ( and his colleague John as well ) for going the extra mile for my brother's phone issue this week. Josh is brilliant, what an asset to BT he is. I would say he should be the employee of the month.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
