Compliment a member of staff

How do I escalate a compliment up the BT food chain? I would love for a member of staff that I spoke to this afternoon to get the recognition she so thoroughly deserves. Not only did she fight to get a first-time resolution for me, but she is one of the nicest, most genuine humans - she made my heart smile. Coming from a customer service department/call centre background, staff like this our pure platinum.

My name is Amanda Bickerdike I am a home broadband customer who lives in Leeds. I recently called about a problem. I spoke to Travis. He’s a credit to your company.
He was professional yet personable, he listened to my complaint (I wasn’t being a moaner it was a mistake and they happened) and he solved it.
mat one point we were disconnected but he carried on resolving and sent me a follow up text.
TBH I was a little annoyed that I’d been without internet for 3 weeks then received a big bill. I called , explained he was great, looked into it and rectified it.
Thankyou Travis, it was more than helping me technically. I cried with relief after that call instead of panic and shame.

Not sure if you can help me. We had a young man in our area knocking at people's doors on tuesday 1st October . My little boy had a seizure and he was the first person to come to help us as we ran outside. If there's a way for you to find out his name I want to say a massive thank you to him for helping us please he's an absolute credit to himself, his family & to you! I am so great full for his help and appreciated it so much!! He could have turned his back and walked away but he didn't he chose to help when we needed it the most!

Hello BT - I wanted to give feedback on the excellent service my friend and I received from one of your employees today. His name is Louis ****. I’ve never written a review for a customer service agent before but Louis went absolutely out of his way to help my friend and so I wanted to take some time to say thank you. My friend is a vulnerable person in a very difficult living situation at home, and there were certain issues with her BT line and upcoming engineering works that were causing her a lot of distress and worry. Louis took my call and went completely out of his way to make sure that my friend could call back and get hold of him directly so that he could help her. He spent an hour on the phone with her - he was empathetic and kind, and in the end managed to find a solution for her situation. Louis is full of integrity and kindness, as well as someone who clearly has great problem solving skills. I cannot tell you what a difference he made to my friend and to me. I hope that exceptional BT staff are rewarded for their efforts by the company, as Louis is certainly deserving of such recognition and reward. If I were running BT, I would be doing everything possible to keep him working here. Thank you again.
