Complimenting staff member

How can I leave a good feedback about a member of staff?

I got frustration about the service these 2 weeks, but a staff called Jack from the BT tech dept in Cardiff, he is so brilliant this evening! He is not only patient to listen my problem, but also tell me how to do step by step. He is so professional to sort my issue quickly. I called tech dept several times but no one tell me to do so. Really big thanks for his help and want to give him compliment.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

They can pass on any feedback.
