how do I send a commendation for a member of staff that really helped me?!

If you have had a text survey respond with top marks and comments. Failing that you could call up and ask to speak to a manager to pass on your feedback

It is great to hear you have had such fantastic service.

As @Manatarms84 mentioned, if you have had a text survey through, that will be about the person you spoke to, and they'll see the score and comments.
