Used the lost user name and password retrieval system earlier today, still nothing in my inbox.

As I have not been on here for a few years is there anything I need to do should I need help in the future.

Also I am not being told when someone relies.

Fortunately I managed to find sign in details from old pc.

Is this in regards to your BT email account or for logging onto this forum?

Also I am not being told when someone relies. Have you checked in your settings, found by clicking on your user name, that in the "Notifications" section that the relevant box has been ticked.

Yes checked junk box nothing there.

Have clicked the box email me when someone replies

There is hello@mesage.bt.com in my email subscribers is there is that the one you are referring to?
