BT cloud pop up

I have a pop up inviting me to install BT cloud, despite it having closed and having previously transfered all the data to icloud.

I cant delete it.

It looks authentic but I haven't clicked on it. Is it a scam?

Whereabouts are you seeing the pop up to install BT cloud? Is it on a webpage or coming up on your device?

It appears in the centre of my screen saver but goes away when I look at a website, emails or anything else

It’s been about a week.
on the window I could click on “need help” or “sign in” I haven’t done either

No. Actually it has never appeared on my mobile phone or ipad - only on my apple PC.

(so far)

I went onto BT cloud and clicked uninstall and the pop up vanished.

All my data should have been fully transfered so I hope it's going to be all right.
