      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been logging in to my BT email&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; MYBT websites .IT is so slow to load both sites,started yesterday.The community website is ok loads as normal.I've tried edge &amp;amp; firefox but the same issue on both..I tried putting bt.com in the browser but it was the same,very slow ro open.Is there a problem at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've just had a check and I'm not aware of any incidents linked with this, and I'm not noticing any issues when trying to log into my own BT account via edge either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you still noticing the same issues today, and have you had a chance to try the app or a different device?&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Peter,&lt;BR /&gt;It's still the same,logging into this website is fine,no problems using Edge or Firefox.all other websites i go to are as"normal "i suppose it's only seconds,haven't timed it but seems like an eternity.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's the same using&amp;nbsp; my laptop,the time lag is around 12-15 seconds.The community website &amp;amp; all others are instantaneous.I&amp;nbsp; can live with it i guess,it's just annoying.Since yesterday after entering my log in details i'm getting the capture&amp;nbsp; thing where you tick&amp;nbsp; boxes that show cars or whatever.After that i get ,a code&amp;nbsp; will be&amp;nbsp; sent to my mobile,please enter it &amp;amp; i eventually get to my emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
