No landline for weeks

Incompetent BT has messed up my business number. I do not have a landline for 3 weeks. They can't transfer from digital to analogue line that they suggested to do.

Complain with head office going no where and my business is affected. What are my next steps? I will take them to court for loss of business but how to get the number back ? Thinking of contracting a newspaper to shame them.
