Add my company name on a residential Account

To claim the vat I need to see my company name on my residential invoice. Can I get that added in the address section? I cant seem to do that online.

My company name has changed, how can I get that changed on my business invoice? - there's no possibility online

No I'm a residential user but its paid for by a business

So it is not 'my business' as you posted but you are an employee where your employer pays either whole cost or partial payment. I doubt BT will change/add employer name to your account. Just need to request a VAT invoice from BT as and when require like other previous forum posters

If it's a residential account they can only reclaim the portion of VAT that relates to business use. Can't you pay then reclaim on your expenses, then they can split between business and personal use themselves?
