      <title>fault in area no broadband and mobile for 3 days with no updates from BT on when it will be resolved</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been without BT broadband and EE mobile for 3 days due to a 'fault in the area'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So no access to mobile or internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT BOT says will respond within 30 mins and never has&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get an update on when this will be resolved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check service in your area responds with:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;H2&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;No known issues in your area&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Track fault responds with:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There are no faults to display for this account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
