    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a similar experience today. It is infuriating how long it takes you to finally speak to a human being but once I did I was helped brilliantly. Couldn't do enough for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would really like his line manager to know how fab he is!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I go about it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh, how I would like to speak&amp;nbsp; to a Dan. Since I cancelled (hopefully) my DV/Full Fibre upgrade I did not ask for, no one has managed to sort out my 'Open Orders' showing Open Cancellation entry and Auto Cease Order entries. I have spoken to about five different agents/advisers and the last one said she'd phone back or text/email me once my questions had been answered . Of course I have heard nothing and my 'Track Orders has not altered one iota. Total shambles. NB, I have not had the courage to check today whether anything has changed - I suspect not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, lucky you for getting a Dan to deal with your problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to read this thread as it's so unusual these days for anyone to get great customer service from either BT or EE "guides".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
